Justice Musa was born 21/11/1958 at Funtua, Katsina State. He graduated from Bayero University, Kano 1981. Attended Law School Lagos and called to Bar, 1982. NYSC (Rivers & Kaduna 1982-1983). Joined Kaduna State Judiciary as Magistrate Grade 2, 1983. Rose to Chief Magistrate 1987. Appointed Chief Registrar, High Court of Katsina State, 1988. Appointed Judge, Katsina State High Court, 1994. Appointed Chief Judge, Katsina State, 2018. Fellow, International Institute of Arbitration, Hon. Fellow Nigerian Institute of Mediators.
